Club goers usually are 21-35 with a disposable income so commercials and flash advertisements for goods and services can be very accurately targeted. Every bar has a 5 minute stream running continuously made up of 15 and 30 second spots. We prefer a client to already have a commercial that they would like to display, but we are capable of creating flash advertisements with music and a voice over upon request for a minimal fee. In the men's bathrooms, there are screens on top of the urinals, and in the women's by the mirrors. Surround sound comes from the ceilings with built in speakers.
Disadvantages of traditional media:
TV - Expensive in both space and production costs. High chance of channel changing during commercial. TiVO and DVR. Not very targeted.
Radio - No visual. Extremely high chance of channel changing during advertisement. Not very captive with road distractions.
Billboards - No audio. Users paying attention to road. Very random demographic.
